Anyway now I can reveal what I thought was hilarious was Hanako telling Ryuki he's scared Tama is going to hate him if he tells her he killed Satan and Ryuki just being like she won't and then getting your 'she's going to throttle whoever killed Satan' tag unprompted just a few hours later. ]

[ Satan's death didn't affect him that much, frankly. He never got close to that guy on the account of the whole, you know, self-proclaimed literal Morning Star, casually suggesting torture on trial days guy. ]

I don't know that I'd ever call Hanako's reasons exactly good, but he's... thirteen, and just made a lot of bad decisions. [ And as much as he dislikes it, he's sympathetic and a pushover, and can understand making bad decisions. ] Either way, it's not going to do us good for the immediate future to hold grudges against each other, so...

I don’t know much about what’s going to happen at all. It looks like the “dead” leaders are back too? I saw Mika talking to one of them earlier. Maybe they’ll have some ideas.

Lillium mentioned the book’s missing most of its pages now. He didn’t know too much about it, but— he did hear accounts from people who went looking for it.

He specified he wasn’t part of the group that actually retrieved the book and saw how few pages it had left. So he couldn’t tell me if it was a thick or thin book, for some idea of how damaged it was.

But— some people who were there before him might have been involved in retrieving it, and might be able to share a little more information.

Maybe they'll share that with us soon... once they're settled. I'm sure there's a lot of catching up to do for everyone.

I think a part of me didn’t believe they’d make it back. You know when you suddenly lose some anxiety you didn’t know you were still carrying?

Everything's been so nonstop crazy, I don't think I knew what I could expect or believe in anymore.

[ Honestly. Literally anything and everything has been happening so much. He spent the first two weeks or so blatantly tiptoeing around the whole multi-worlds jamjar thing, or magic powers, or all sorts of things of the impossible, and now he's here, full 'this may as well happen' mode. That's the real character arc. ]

[ That being said, he was always on his own line in his world. There were people around, but Ryuki somewhat always had a tendency to stay in his own bubble... with Tama, of course. It's a little different here, but it's nice.

He really has not socialised this much in so long, help. ]

[ He's in this bizarre spot where it's like, it's weird that other people know Tama now, but it also feels weirdly natural that if people know him, they also know Tama. This is his other half after all. ]

I’ve only ever spoken to like… five people before coming here. It’s not like I had experience.

[ it’s probably healthy for them, but it is still weird that they have friendships and connections without the other now. ] I can’t say I’m glad for this place, or coming here, but I’m not mad about meeting the people we did.
